i have a few doubts ,plz clarify senthail bro..

1. you said dish is required for CC CAM. ...
if internet connection is there means why again dish is required.

we can connect the LOCAL AREA NETWORK RG80 SOCKET in to the STB and assign the IP details. Then we can scan automatically know.

IF NOT ! plz tell me the exact function of this CC CAM concept. if possible give us block diagram.

stb dish and cable its focused at a certain angle for an example you dish is tuned at apstar7 Ku so you r now receiving C-SKYnet & SKYnet package
package means encrypted
encrypted channels r decrypted by service providers box & sebscription like dishtv, tatasky,airtel etc etc
now stb
some stb have cccam , bisskey and many type decription facilty
now suppose u have cccam supported box
now you need internet to connect stb to cccam server cccam server will decript encripted channels

now cccam server
free and paid
free is always like free
and paid can open many packages

i think now you got a short story to cccam
